G Le F Band Square Chapel 123webMiddlewich + Sw 50web

I’ve just had two great gigs, one with my band in the Square Chapel in Halifax last week – a great turn-out and we had a great night. The concert was recorded and we are thinking about releasing some live tracks.

On Saturday night Dave Swarbrick and I did a concert in Middlewich, again it was a good turnout – in spite of the snow! We enjoyed ourselves and so did the audience.

Almost Back To Normal!

Please excuse my abscence for the last few weeks, I had to have some time off to get over my crash. I’m nearly back to normal now, whatever that is….

Cherri and I had a couple of weeks chilling out in Massachusetts and hanging out with friends and the break has done me good. Now it’s back to business.

I have some concerts coming up, in January I’m playing  a concert with Dave Swarbrick  on January 30th at The Royal British Legion, Lewin St, Middlewich, Cheshire. CW10 9AS  for further information follow this link  Dave Swarbrick and Gina Le Faux IN CONCERT

I have some reviews of ‘In My Life’ which I’ll post shortly.

Stay tuned!

Gina Live in Liverpool

On Thursday 8th October at 9 pm Radio Merseyside will be broadcasting an interview with Gina on the ‘Folkscene’ programme with Geoff Speed, and also playing a few tracks from ‘In my Life’.

On Saturday 10th October Gina will be appearing at The Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool.  The gig starts at 2.00 pm and will be introduced by Geoff Speed.

Gina is delighted to be performing at The Walker Art Gallery, as it’s been an important place through her life.  She used to ’sag’ school and spend her time looking at the pictures and visiting the museum.  She is still grateful that the staff in those days never questioned why a child in school uniform was wandering round the galleries in school time!

This is an informal gig as part of a series of daytime concerts that The Walker Art Gallery have just launched and it is free to the public.

Hope to see you there!
